Order Cancellation Policy

At Archati.com, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at sampark@archati.com with your order details.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once they are processed. Please ensure all details are correct before placing the order.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If an order is canceled after payment but before processing, we may deduct a small processing fee, depending on the payment gateway charges.
